Book Fair will be held during the second week of Term 4. This is our only Library fundraiser and in the past we have earned up to $1000 worth of books. Students will use their library time on Tuesday, Wednesday (8.30 am – 3.00 pm) and Thursday (8.30 am – 12.30 pm) from 22 – 24 October to fill out their wish lists to bring home.
Parents are welcome to come into the Library and browse and/or fill out their own wish list which will be sent home with the students books.
Wish lists can be paid for by cash or EFTPOS at the Library or Office and orders can also be placed online. If paying online please make your payment to Book Fair and not Book Club. Money can be brought into the Library during the week or the Office, however NO books will be taken home until the Book Fair has finished and all the re-orders are filled. (We do this to avoid upset children particularly younger students who do not understand why some of their classmates receive their books and they don’t!). There will be a week to return orders and no orders will be accepted after 4 November. Please note no orders will be taken without payment.
Variety items may be purchased at any time (rubbers, pens, posters etc). We do put a limit on purchasing these items as we are only given a small amount and the idea of a Book Fair is to encourage reading.
Important – all wish lists that have been paid for need to be returned so that orders can be filled.
